The Blue Moose is capable of holding private parties ranging from office meetings to grooms dinners. We can accommodate guest lists of 10 to 60 people.
Banquet Policies: Tax and 20% gratuity will be added to the price per person. Prices and products are subject to change. A signed buffet contract is required one week after you book your function to ensure everything is in place. If no contract is signed, all rules of the contract will be implied. All buffet, banquet and catering menus can be catered by our staff for an additional charge for labor at the location of your choice.

Appetizer Buffet
$8.99 per person. Price includes two hot and two cold items. Each additional selection costs $2.49 (cold item) and $3.49 (hot item) extra per person.
Hot Appetizers: Cocktail meatballs with sweet Asian or BBQ sauce, cocktail smokies with sweet Asian or BBQ sauce, egg rolls, popcorn shrimp, chicken wings (Teriyaki, BBQ, Jamaican or Asian) and Spinach con queso with corn tortilla chips
Cold Appetizers: potato chips with onion dip, tortilla chips with salsa, cheese and cracker tray, vegetable tray with dip, fresh fruit tray (seasonal), assorted mini sandwiches, ham & turkey or roast beef pinwheels and Italian Pasta Salad
Additional Items: shrimp cocktail tray and chicken fingers with BBQ sauce (may be substituted for $1.79 more per person or added for $3.99 more per person)
Lunch Buffet
Lunch buffets are available from 11 am to 2 pm and cost $8.99 per person. Additional items may be added for $2.49 per person. One portion of each entree with be prepared for your guests and include soft drinks and coffee.
Lunch Entrees: Sandwich bar (includes ham, turkey, roast beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions and two sides), build your own taco (includes hard or soft shells, taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, chips and salsa), spaghetti with meatballs and bread du jour(side included), roast beef/pork served with mashed potatoes and gravy (side included) or teriyaki chicken breast with side choice and bread du jour
Sides: soup du jour, potato chips, potato salad, house salad with choice of dressings, pasta salad or fruit plate (seasonal add 99 cents per person)
Dinner Banquet
Choose 2 dinner entrees, one side item and one style of salad or soup.
Dinner Entree's: 6 oz Flat Iron Steak ($12.99/person), breaded or broiled jumbo prawns (3 piece $16.99/person or 5 piece for $27.99/person), chicken Meisner ($11.99/person), 12oz New Your Strip ($21.99/person), broiled walleye ($13.99/person) or 1/2 rack of Norwegian BBQ ribs ($15.99/person)
Sides: baked potato, Jasmine rice or mashed sweet potatoes
Salads: house salad with choice of three dressings

Dinner Buffet includes choice of salad, vegetable, potato, soft drinks and coffee. We'll give one portion of each entree chosen per person. If items are chosen from two different price groups, the higher price applies. Additional entrees may be added for $3.99 from the $14.99 menu, $4.99 from the $17.99 menu and $5.49 from the $23.99 menu (price increase is per person). Note: all dinner entrees come with rice

Includes coffee (decaf and tea available upon request), cookies and bars.

- Delivery available at $10.00 per hour (load in, load out and drive time included)
- If servers are needed: Charge is $20.00 per hour (load in, load out and drive time is $10.00 per hour)
- Plateware, silverware, linen and glassware rental is available.
All prices include paper plates, plastic silverware, napkins, salt and pepper and frill picks where needed. Some selections would require none or some of the above.
