Chicken Pecan Salad Croissant A delectable chicken pecan salad topped with lettuce and tomato. Served on a butter croissant with your choice of fruit or our Thai coleslaw.

Peppercorn Turkey Croissant Deli peppercorn turkey with pesto mayo on a buttery croissant topped with tomato and avocado. Served with fruit or our Thai coleslaw.

New: Caribbean Pork Sandwich Shredded pulled pork flavored with Caribbean jerk seasoning, assorted peppers, a hint of lime and topped with our Thai coleslaw. Served with kettle chips. A cultural flavor fusion.

Pasta al Fresco Angel hair pasta tossed in extra virgin olive oil, basil, garlic, lemon zest, cracked black pepper and oregano. Topped with green olives, sea salt, toasted pine nuts and diced tomatoes. This is served at room temperature for a light, summer taste.

Bombay Shrimp Salad Tender romaine tossed with a sassy curry ranch, topped with large fresh shrimp, chopped green onions, Mandarin oranges, honey spiced walnuts and served with a light ginger apple chutney.
New: Margherita Pizza Grilled flatbread with olive oil, topped with sliced tomatoes and four cheeses, then baked and garnished with fresh basil. Voila!
Desserts Delight at the Moose
Key Lime Pie An old favorite back for the summer. Lime custard in a graham cracker crust, served with whipped topping. A sweet & sour experience.
